MONDAY, JULY 6, ‘09: CHEST, CALVES, ABS (POWER-DENSITY)
The photos we posted in our last blog (Thursday below) showed that we’re gradually moving toward ripped, but that we still have a ways to go. That has given us some new workout intensity, and we also shifted to our favorite fat burners and a new metabolism booster, as you’ll see in the Diet update…
