Our favorite workout of the week, so we got a little carried away and went long again. We’ll have to reduce and combine some exercises at next Friday’s workout, as overtraining is looming with our lower calories, lower carbs and extra cardio (see Summary below)…

We’ve been getting an exceptional pump and deep ache from our quad routine–especially since adding lunges–so we decided to leave that part of the workout as is; that means something had to change on hamstrings, so we flipped the order on leg curl variations to finish…

We needed some kind of minor tweak to our chest routine to better attack the inner middle area–and we got that be using dumbbells instead of a barbell on bench presses. That gave us extra range of motion and new fiber-activating prestretch at the bottom of each rep…

We’re officially moving from the 3×10 Density technique (in 10×10 style) to 2 high-rep burnout sets with a one-minute rest on most of our big midrange exercises–today we made that change on Hack squats and Hyperextensions…
