While this is supposed to be low-rep Power week, we’ve been researching the 8×8 and 10×10 systems of training that Vince Gironda popularized. Last week, which was also Power, we did 10×10 on triceps and biceps; today we decided to do it on all bodyparts, but with a medium-rep chaser on an additional exercise–either stretch or contracted from POF…

Inauguration day for President Obama, and Jonathan was apparently having sympathy pains for the man with the ailing economy on his back. Jonathan’s lower-back pain, cause unknown, had him pulling back or skipping a few exercises today. Luckily not too many moves caused him pain…
