10am 3 breakfast burritos, (I was on the Kansas Turnpike, I had to eat, I was sh*t out of luck)

noon - Airport grilled chicken salad no dressing (It just doesn’t get any better!$%&*)
2pm - Airport chef sald in Kansas City
4pm - Airport chef salad in Minneapolis (trying to ad variety to the diet here)
5:15pm - HOME AT LAST, Kiss my wife, play with the kids, eat 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 bowl of oatmeal,c hug a protein shake and play with the kids some more.
6pm - Nitrix, Hydroxycut, NO Explode, protein shake
6:45pm - SHOULDERS! Tried someing I read in FLEX. I drank a Cell-tech 75% of the way through my workout. If anyone has any feedback on this technique, I would like to hear it.
7:45pm - Protein shake
9:30pm - I will drink a casseine protein shake before bed
