Thanksgiving

Ate like shit.  Loved it.  If the theaory behind the body adapting is correct, then I should be in good shape, because I shocked the hell out of my system today.  Back to the grindstone tommorow.

Coming Home!

Nitrix, Flaxseed Oil, Hydroxycut Hardcore,Multi

7am Protein Shake, oatmeal

10am  3 breakfast burritos, (I was on the Kansas Turnpike, I had to eat, I was sh*t out of luck)

Nitrix, Hydroxycut Hardcore

noon - Airport grilled chicken salad no dressing (It just doesn’t get any better!$%&*)

 2pm - Airport chef sald in Kansas City

4pm - Airport chef salad in Minneapolis (trying to ad variety to the diet here)

5:15pm -  HOME AT LAST, Kiss my wife, play with the kids, eat 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 bowl of oatmeal,c hug a protein shake and play with the kids some more.

6pm - Nitrix, Hydroxycut, NO Explode, protein shake

6:45pm - SHOULDERS! Tried someing I read in FLEX.  I drank a Cell-tech 75% of the way through my workout.  If anyone has any feedback on this technique, I would like to hear it.

7:45pm - Protein shake

9:30pm - I will drink a casseine protein shake before bed

Traveling Monday

Breakfast - Protein Shake and Plain Oatmeal (fresh from the hotel lobby!) and an apple

10am - Protein Shake

Nitrix

Lunch - 3 Cups Wendy’s chili, side salad no dressing

2pm - protein shake

5pm - Nitrix

6pm - 8oz sirloin, 6 oz chicken breast, sweet potato, and ceasar salad

6:45pm NO Explode, 2 Hydroxycut Hardcores

BACK!

Protein shake, creatine, glutamine

Staying in shape while traveling

I was sick because I had to go out of town on a business trip and I thought that meant no working out.  Since I work out in my home, I didn’t know about "day passes".  What a great f**cking thing!  They saved my week!!!

Sunday:

Nitrix, Flaxseed Oil, Multi, and 2 Hydroxicut Hardcores

Breakfast 6 Egg Whites, .25 lbs turkey and a protein shake

10am - Protein Shake

Nitrix

Lunch - 2 grilled chicken breast salads no dressing (airport style….mmmm)

2pm - layover chicken ceasar salad no dressing

5pm - protein shake

nitrix, NO-Explode

CHEST!

Protein shake with creatine and glutamine

7:00 - 3 Nitrix

7:30 - protein shake, 2 cups raisin bran, apple, mens multi, flaxseed oil, 2 hydroxycut hardcores,

9:30 -  protein shake, apple

1130 - 3 Nitrix

12:00 - protein shake, Ham and Turkey Sandwich on rye, side salad w/ about 1/4 tablespoon honeymustard

2:30 - Protein shake

4:30 - 3 Nitrix, NO-Explode

5:00 - 6:15 - SHOULDERS

6:40 - protein shake, 3 tilapia filets, cottage cheese, and a sweet potato

9:00 - will have a protein shake before going to bed
