The Beginning
Hey people. I gotta tell you, I’ve had massive gains since I first started working out. It all began 5 months ago when my pe teacher took my class to the gym. I benched 65 kg (143 lbs) at the most and it got me excited. Not the fact that I was weak but that benching lets you keep track on your goals and you will se your improvement as you train and grow stronger. So I started working out once a week, and in June i started a 3-days-a-week program. By this time I had upped my bench to 82.5 kg (182 lbs) and i weighed 72 kg (159 lbs) so this got me pumped, I could also notice gains in chest and arm size. Time passed and in August I decided to break lose. Training 5 days a week as I did felt good. I could now bench 90 kg (198 lbs) but my weight was the same. I had gotten pretty damn big compared to my old self though. Since then one month have passed and hear this, I’ve gained 9 kilos in only one month! That’s 20 lbs! My size have increased dramatically too. I’ve not checked my 1rep Max in Bench yet but I guess it’s been sky-rocketing as well. I have a different example though. Flatbench Dumbbel Press strength has upped a lot, one month ago I went with 44 lbs dumbbells and this week I kicked ass with 57’s. So I’m pretty happy with everything right now. I’ll keep posting as time goes on but this is how it all began. Peace /STAT
