Normally i work out from monday to thursday and leave friday sat and sund to rest. Now i know that is probably to long but what i wonder is why do i leave thursday feeling a little stronger and by friday, i feel like what little i gained melted away. I want mainly my legs to keep growing at a steady rate lol, like i want them to walk for me. I am left feeling like i need to go push some serious weight around just to get the pump back up. Im thinking seriously about ordering the P90X thing, if anyone knows anything about it please give me some info.

I often wonder if i am doing enough. Every day that i work out, i want a little more. I know things dont happen over night and lots of sacrifice is needed to make changes. But how much do i need to do??? The way my mind works is that if i know it is possible (i.e.. firming my legs the way i’d like them to be), then i can go for it with full force. Usually what i see, is people who work out so hard and say they have been doing it for years that look like they just started. Im sorry, but if im doing all this work, I WANT RESULTS.. Anyway, today went semi ok, so i guess i am feeling a little incomplete, i only was able to do one of the things i planned to do for working out, the other will have to wait till my knee feels better. I’ve been told that i have an addictive personality, just tell me it can be done and work out acholics here i come

I thought it might be gone by today, I iced it, and still its the same this morning. Its not so bad except i have a spin class and a great lower body workout in store for myself today lol. awww bummer. well my plan is to go ahead anyway and see what i can do. Wish me luck!!

Now all i need to do is figure out which would be best for me to take. I know that i want more muscle and my arms are resistant to development. So, my question is, is there anyone out there who has either taken themselves or know anyone who has taken a specific brand which will help me to achieve my goals??? (toned, more muscle yet still feminine).

I finally got my shoes for spin… boy do i feel the difference. Having those shoes are like getting a new toy. I have also began to increase the amount of upper body work although it is something i need a constant push with. Upper body work is my least favorite section of the body to target, guess its time to give in. The best thing i have seen this week is the relief in knee pain due to the new joint pills i started taking (glucosamine & chondroitin with MSM). THANK YOU Ms Rock. I didn’t think they would start working so fast. Thats it for now, still no progress picks yet, i guess ill put some up when i see something change..

So…. until recently i have had little to no interest in doing any type of cardio. Then, I decided to check out cycling (indoors). At first it was this bike from expresso fitness. Because of the road simulated screen i was able to start riding and make it to the end. I love it… That has, however, become slightly boring to me now as i have tried a hand at the spin classes (only 2x a wk). I Love those classes and one day maybe i can get through without feeling like im dying. The only problem is now i am having knee pain like i have never had before and i am pretty sure its related to my time spent on the bikes. Im going to keep going anyway bc its the only form of cardio i can tolerate. Id like to in the future try outdoor running with a team of some sort.
