Disappearing Muscle!!! hmmm
Normally i work out from monday to thursday and leave friday sat and sund to rest. Now i know that is probably to long but what i wonder is why do i leave thursday feeling a little stronger and by friday, i feel like what little i gained melted away. I want mainly my legs to keep growing at a steady rate lol, like i want them to walk for me. I am left feeling like i need to go push some serious weight around just to get the pump back up. Im thinking seriously about ordering the P90X thing, if anyone knows anything about it please give me some info.

Everybody has been there mentally. what i gotta tell u is, get a grip! U must be patient, and just keep knockin’ on the door, till they let you in!
What that is, is mental warfare. Just do what you gotta do, day in a day out. Your body will have no choice but to change. I have changed my body by determination, its all science. Science has no mercy.
Just keep chippin’ away.
