What is it going to take???

I often wonder if i am doing enough. Every day that i work out, i want a little more. I know things dont happen over night and lots of sacrifice is needed to make changes. But how much do i need to do???  The way my mind works is that if i know it is possible (i.e.. firming my legs the way i’d like them to be), then i can go for it with full force. Usually what i see, is people who work out so hard and say they have been doing it for years that look like they just started. Im sorry, but if im doing all this work, I WANT RESULTS..   Anyway, today went semi ok, so i guess i am feeling a little incomplete, i only was able to do one of the things i planned to do for working out, the other will have to wait till my knee feels better. I’ve been told that i have an addictive personality, just tell me it can be done and work out acholics here i come :)

I feel your pain. I see that it’s easier for some people to see the results. But I work so hard and end up looking the same. It gets very frustrating. But neither of us can give up…we have to keep pushing and our day will soon come. I wish you the best of luck!

Traditional exercise methods don’t produce results. if you lack an inate ability to teach yourself what will trasnform your body you will hit a wall and never go beyond. You must possess your own mental library of cure-all nutritional/lifting knowledge.

Bottom line without going into detail:

-your circuit rhythm when you lift is completely incorrect.

-you haven’t found methods that work for you, and when you have found them, you try them for a week and then mix in some other new bullcrap.

-your set work is sparce. some days you only perform a few sets on a bodypart and rush into, or out of cardio.

-you expect your hard work to serve you.

-you don’t know that a small sugar binge completely halts the fat burning process for 6-12 hours in most women.

-you don’t know that even a miniscule protein depletion in the muscle will cause the muscle to freeze any developemental processes until you are hitting them with big protein many times per day, every single day.

-your blueprint originates outside of your own mind. You simply aspire to be a leaner version of yourself, or a clone of someone else. You have a limited perspective of what each muscle is supposed to look like.

I’d be glad to provide any additional information or just help out with anything you might be having trouble with.
