Not today!!!
Yesterday evening something happened to my knee…i dont have a clue what it was but i began climbing the staircase and felt a sharp pain in my knee. I thought it might be gone by today, I iced it, and still its the same this morning. Its not so bad except i have a spin class and a great lower body workout in store for myself today lol. awww bummer. well my plan is to go ahead anyway and see what i can do. Wish me luck!!

i have knee problems, too. when you have pain, the best thing to do is rice - rest, ice, compress and elevate. my physical therapist also told me to do this after cardio even if i am not in pain.

Thanks, i i guess i cant believe that my knees are giving me so much trouble so soon in the game. lol i look at it like a block trying to stop me from reaching my goals ( i mean common, i took one step up and now im limping), i had to laugh at that one. i am keeping it on ice periodically, Next wk i want to come back double strong.
