Supplements??? To Take or Not
So, i’ve been giving it some thought. I think i might be ready to begin a supplement routine. Now all i need to do is figure out which would be best for me to take. I know that i want more muscle and my arms are resistant to development. So, my question is, is there anyone out there who has either taken themselves or know anyone who has taken a specific brand which will help me to achieve my goals??? (toned, more muscle yet still feminine).

Start with some protein, fish oil and a good multi-vitamin.

You don’t need to be worrying about becoming nofeminine. You could consume nothing powerlifting powders and mass gainers and you wouldn’t become mannish. That is a myth. You can lift as heavy as you want. Actually if you don’t lift heavy your body won’t change.
