So…. until recently i have had little to no interest in doing any type of cardio. Then, I decided to check out cycling (indoors). At first it was this bike from expresso fitness. Because of the road simulated screen i was able to start riding and make it to the end. I love it… That has, however, become slightly boring to me now as i have tried a hand at the spin classes (only 2x a wk). I Love those classes and one day maybe i can get through without feeling like im dying. The only problem is now i am having knee pain like i have never had before and i am pretty sure its related to my time spent on the bikes. Im going to keep going anyway bc its the only form of cardio i can tolerate. Id like to in the future try outdoor running with a team of some sort.
