21’s AKA Just Shoot Me Nows!
So I decided to incorporate 21’s into my arm workout yesterday. All I can say is ZOMG!! What an incredible, awesome, intense exercise. My arms are seriously P.O’d at me right now!
If you haven’t tried 21’s, DO SO! Your arms may hate you, but WOW do they work! :)

That is my favorite burn ‘em up exercise. One day i’m gonna expalain the pyramid, that is a burner too.

Al - Ha! I was barely able to wash my hair last night! Only saving grace was I did it as soon as I left the gym, and since I cut my hair ALOT shorter, was a little easier. But….Iike I told my workout partner (male) he had it easy since he didn’t need to reach behind his back to undo a bra! THAT was hard! :-p

LOL…….it’s definitely good to be a guy at those times. I couldn’t reach around to do that even if my arms weren’t wiped out from a workout! :D

21’s
You select a barbell weight that you can achieve the following:
Starting with the weight hanging down in front of you; you curl the weight until your elbows reach 90 degrees (half way) Do this seven times. Then you start from the halfway point and curl all the way to the top and back down to the halfway point; seven times. Then you do full curls from the bottom to the top seven times. Do all this without stopping. 7+7+7=21 Sounds simple right; until you do them.

Hi Sharlott! Yup you were the first person I heard about 21’s from! They ARE awesome! I’m doing good….and guess what??!! I cut my hair! Twice now actually! I LOVE IT. I’ll upload pics as soon as I can take a good one, lol :) Love the new avi ! It rocks!

I’ve done these before. They will leave your arms begging for mercy. You get a good pump with them.

i like to incorporate 21’s into lat pull downs on back day, smith machine presses on chest day, etc. 21’s are awesome for more than just arms! how you like me now?! I am the original 21 appreciation club president yo.
