Injury’s suck…
Well after months of putting off going to the doctor I have found out I have a torn hamstring and sacroiliac joint disfunction. Pain didn’t get too bad until about a month ago and I haven’t touched a weight since. I had trouble walking, sitting, sleeping, basically just living. Now I am at the point where I feel it is safe to start working some upper body lifts.
I have lost 17 pounds in the last month from not lifting. Pathetic…but my journey back to my old physique starts now…

Did the doctor do any kind of adjustments like a Chiropractor would for your sacroiliac disfunction? If not, you might benefit from going to the chiropractor. I see alot of that at my work and our patients most the time get relief from it along with proper stretching.
