					<description>you might have caused the muscles to spasm in your lower back when you were doing deadlifts...and since they were already a little bothered, the next exercise you did probably bothered them some more...I have lower back trouble at times and I really have to listen when it starts &amp;amp;#34;talking&amp;amp;#34; or I am in for a few days of rest and recovery that I didn't want to take!</description>
