Today is a sigifinicant day: The start of proper bodybuilding.

I have been going to the gym for a year and i have got fairly fit in relation to how unfit I was a year ago.

I found myself becoming addicted with a lot of focus on diet which I never really did before.  I can’t believe the effect it has had on my attitude and I even start to get angry with myself if I don’t go - its just like a drug.

I suppose that’s the biggest barrier - attitude and respect for your own body!
