FEB 4 - Weigh in
Woot!!!!! 269 today. Goodbye 27+ forever!!!!! I feel good I am losing about 2-3 lbs a week. I know I could lose more but I am trying to keep as much muscle as possible. Might not be the most efficient way to lose weight but I think it is just as hard if not harder to add quality muscle. So long story short… on track and hitting my goals!!!! Fells good!

Great sounds like you are tracking like a satellite, you have a great marathon mentality, you will go far in achieving your goals!
