FEB 2 - 3 - Not bad… Terrible Workout
Friday I took a break from the gym. I was crazy busy at work and by the time I looked up it was time to pick up my son. I did not eat enough calories so I when I was on the road I was starving. So I stopped at a sheetz and had a grilled chicken wrap
. Not the best but I know I was well below my calories but need to avoid that in that the future.
Saturday…. So far so good on diet, but holy sheeet did my workout suck. Shoulder was in a lot of pain and I had no energy. I think it has a to do with the low cals yesterday and the absent of carbs in my meal made me sluggish. Oh well can’t fret too much over this. Tomorrow is a cheat meal, I am sure I will have Pizza for the Super Bowl but will not drink. Next day I am planning on having some beers is on St. Pattys day
