JAN 31, Feb 1 - Doing Great
Been crazy busy at work the past couple of days and it is going to be this way until the end of March. However, I will find time to keep my workouts for sure and I have been so far. Diet has been spot on and so has workouts. I did have a craving for the first time in a long time on Wednesday… I wanted a donut which is weird because I really don’t even eat them often but I resisted and walked away from the box… Another small win I was at O’Hare airport and it was around dinner time but I was going to wait till I got back home to eat, but of course flight got delayed (it is O’Hare after all) and I passed up eating shit food like McDonald’s , or Chilli’s etc. Small win but I was proud in the past I would have convinced myself it was ok etc. Cheats are now all planned and I am sticking to the plan. It was either use that for a cheat or wait till the Super Bowl. It was an easy decision.
Official weigh-in is not till Sunday but I took a quick peek yesterday and I was below what I was last week. Which I am really happy about because that was my evening weight which is usually 3-4 lbs more then my morning weight so we will see Sunday morning.
