You know I just got a Heart rate monitor, did you know that there are certain heart rate zones that burn fat and others that burn muscle, also that you can &amp;amp;#34;over train&amp;amp;#34; if your heart rate is too high? Something to keep in mind, thanks for the encouragement!</description>
