JAN 26 - So far so good
Diet has been spot on so far today. I got my workout in. I think I am finshed twaekin gmy routine and I will post tonight for you fine people to look at.
Cardio sucked ass for some reason. I did only 1 mile a 5 mph and I was totally winded. Very odd, I usually do not start to get winded until right around my 7th lap not 4th. I might come back tonight to do some more. Maybe it had to do with me eliminating carbs yesterday?

Well I am glad to see that you are still blogging and logging the laps. You know I just got a Heart rate monitor, did you know that there are certain heart rate zones that burn fat and others that burn muscle, also that you can "over train" if your heart rate is too high? Something to keep in mind, thanks for the encouragement!
