JAN 24 - Another Good Day but sore :-)
Well todays workout was really good and I didn’t feel nauseas so I completed my cardio as well. My legs are killer sore after Mondays workout. I am not sure why but I did hit them pretty hard. I have been working out pretty regular so I am surprised by the soreness a little but nothing to prevent my forward progress.
I got some good tips on how to control hunger with some green tea and I love green tea so all the better. Thanks for the tip!
Other then that nothing too exciting today just another day on this long journey

i have been lifting for 3 years, and my legs still get sore! deadlifts, squats, and lunges make my legs sore every time! you just get used to being sore.
