Jan 19 - The Start
Lets see I have been trying to get cut for about 3 years now but have failed many times. I start off gung hoe drop about 20-30 lbs people start saying you look good. I cheat a little more then I was next thing you know off the wagon.
The hardest pill to swallow is that there is no reason for failure in these goals. You have 100% control of the foods you eat and the effort you put in. I control this but yet I give into cravings all the time. It is I will start Sunday, or lets see I have 43 days till my goal I will bust ass with 40 days that is a good round number.
So starting tomorrow I will post pics and weigh in weekly and keep progress, good or bad. In the past if I had a bad day I would lie about on my own journal (pathetic huh) and if it was several bad days I would stop posting.
But here it is the good/bad/ugly of this journey. Please comment offer advice anything at all will be useful.

Small tip: Whenever u feel hungry between meals, drink a green tea to take the hunger away rather than a bag a crisps or somethin!!! Good luck with ya goals!!!

I second the green tea thing! It really does help…I drink HOT green tea, but I’ve been told the cold stuff is alright as well. Good Luck!
