Missed a couple of post this weekend so this will contain a couple of updates. Had the wife take some pictures and well it made me want to throw up…lol. As soon as I take the off the camera I will post them on the site.
Weekend Update: Pretty Terrible to be honest. Went out with some friends on Saturday night. Planned on drinking 2 drinks, but it ended up being 6
. The to top it off we had to get some food at late night. I did get my workout in sat so that was a positive.
Sunday - Another not so great day but it was a planned cheat meal but because of Saturday I should have passed on it. All meals were clean excpet for the pizza and piece of birthday cake.
Monday - Very good day so far. I want to start doing morning cardio but didn’t wake up on time so I did it after my workout. Again no excuses especially since I am not traveling this week. Good day today but tomorrow can and will be better.
What I have learned…
I need to plan on drinking 0 alcohol(volunteer to be DD), Forge myself up to get in the morning and make it a habit. I respond so much better to morning cardio. If I can do it for 2 weeks it will be a habit for me
