Jobs come and go, but your body and health are forever...life is full of choices, and sometimes it's difficult to know what is best for you. For me, I wouldn't put myself in any work situation that didnt' leave time to take care of my body.

you are sooo right. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I like your idea of hitting a bodypart a day. Trust me, I do a lot of warming up - i've had plenty of injuries from past workouts to learn my lesson on that!

I wouldnt waste my time with anyone that would even comment about time """" wasted """ (bull) in the gym"""""
that is their jealousy .. get it? they only wish they could have what you have.. someone just sent me an email regarding not getting angry or upset at others .. for any reason.. take things and smile ( i know easier said than done .. believe me I know ) ... but to smile will make you feel so much more at ease with yourself then to get upset with those that cause drama in life!!! thank you for sharing this and making me see things from another point of view to help me take things and smile.. debbie :) hope you do :)

So this is my first posting of my first blog. I`m not used to keeping one, but I`ll give it a try. Today training was kind of hard, since I have a severe tendinitis in my right ankle, so I had to skip cardio alltogether. On the other hand I really hit those abs. Advise: you can always find a way to train hard even while injured, and leave the gym that day (or days) feeling it was worth the effort. Another way to positively look at an injury is: "hey! this happens because I`m serious with my training and I`m a top athlete, and being what I am I also have to keep a strong mind and keep motivated regardless of pain". Some times this mental power has to be concentrated on not going to the gym to heal an injury even if you`re dying to go. So be smart, have a strategy and choose the best for you.
