					<description>so i know this is a really old blog but i've been trying to get into weightlifting for awhile. i started about a year ago and i've gone from 132 to 167. problem is i cant get past 167. my goal is to get to 200. i've never done any dieting but it looks like i've got to try something new. lol. anyways i simply wanted to ask if this worked well for you. i don't want to take up any of your time n=but if theres any advice i could grab from you it would be very much appreciated. you definitely know what your doing!</description>

					<description>I may have lost a little bit of leanness, which is expected when you're eating as much as I am. However, if your metabolism is anything like mine, there should be no problems leaning back out when  you cut the calories down. As for Nitrix--- to be totally honest, I can't really tell any difference at all when I take it. The same applies to NO-Xplode... just doesn't do it for me I suppose.</description>
