Mother’s Day Chow Down

So as I am sure most of us in here, more than likely, took our wives, mothers, grandmothers etc. out to brunch, lunch and/or dinner yesterday who in here is experiencing food guilt?

You know the stuff that you ended up eating that you knew you shouldn’t have but couldn’t resist?

I am guilty!  Last night my wife’s family and I went to this awesome Brazilian restaurant and boy did I splurge.  Penne a la Vodka, white rice and that’s with a sorts of meats (although these are slow cooked on a open fire so I wasn’t concerned with this part of the meal).  What I was concerned was with the white carbs I had in excess.  To my credit I had no dessert and drank water all day.

Lifting While Cutting

I have finally come to accept what I had already anticipated and was warned off when I began my first and current cutting cycle:  one can simply not lift the same amount of weight they once did before.  To compensate this I have taken on doing more drop-sets of certain exercises.
