Still Working & Goals

The workout is coming up and I am still working on the nutritional and exercise aspects of the plan.  A friend who has a dual Exercise Science degree is helping me write up an exercise program so that should be good, but the diet is proving a bit harder.  It is to the point where I know I am going to have to make one myself, but I’m not so hot on the nutritional aspect of exercise.  I’ve always ate whatever I felt like and its always had a negative impact on my progress.  This time around I am trying to keep myself and my diet on lock and I hope that I will see some serious improvement.

My goals are tentative at best at this point, but I know that I want to cut about 20 pounds over the next 12 weeks at approx. 1.5 pounds of fat per week.  This is a perfectly acceptable and achieveable feat for the normal human body.  I am hoping that with the added diet, far more intense exercise, and the supplements/drug therapy I am using that I will in fact see a slightly better result.

I am also, however, looking to put on about 15 pounds of lean muscle and retain about 12 afterwards.  My actual overall goal is the achieve 7% body fat by the summer.  At this point, these goals are rough at best, but the final decision will likely be very similar.

During Cycle Drug Therapy Schedule

The following is the schedule of use that I will be following for the first 34 days of my cycle.  The second grouping is the final 50 days of my cycle, where Stanzalol is included on a daily basis.  As far as I know, TE takes about 3 weeks to kick in fully, so this will give me enough time to adapt to the new chemicals in my body before starting the Winstrol

Inaugural Post

February 14, 2007

I will be starting a 12 week cycle of exercise along with a 12 week cycle of Test Ethinate injectable and Winstrol 50 mg pills.  I am in the process of planning out the diet, exercise, supplementation, and daily shcedule portions of my workout, but I will put them up as I finish them.   I have 12 days until my regemin begins, and I want to be as prepared as I possibly can be when it starts.

I am, of course, going into this routine with specific goals in mind.  Since this is my first cycle, however, any help or advice would be much appreciated.
