My first nutrition experiment to eat a lot after my cutting ( Im preparing for a bulk diet and program ) phase and it's awesome. For the first of my life i'm not afraid of food!! , I'll eat big & Get big (Y)

hazelnut chocolate milk mixed out with 1 scoop of whey ( my weight gainer ) & 2 bananas & 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

60g cornflakes mixed with milk & chicken breast
