First nutrition experiment to "Bulk"

My first nutrition experiment to eat a lot after my cutting ( Im preparing for a bulk diet and program ) phase and it's awesome. For the first of my life i'm not afraid of food!! , I'll eat big & Get big (Y)


What i ate >>



Meal 1


Oatmeal Mixed out with hot milk and scoop of Whey protein



Meal 2


 samoan bread + chees slice + turkey slice & banana  



Snack: energy bar 



Meal 3


60g oatmeal mixed with hot milk and scoop of whey protein



Snack : energy bar during exercise 


Meal 4


 hazelnut chocolate milk mixed out with 1 scoop of whey ( my weight gainer ) & 2 bananas & 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter



Meal 5


 2 slice whole wheat bread & 4 slices of turkey & 8 egg whites & 30 ketchub



Meal 6


60g cornflakes mixed with milk & chicken breast



Total calories : 3015
