Lately I have been riding my bike to get in some cardio and build back my endurance…within the last four months I have had two surgeries and before then countless injuries. Today I decided to take it to the next level and make it part of my workout regimen. From now on I am going to ride my bike for 1.2 miles everyday but only time myself a couple times a week. The route is like this >> .2 miles flat >> 90 degree turn left >> .4 miles uphill at about a 45 degree incline >> turn around >> .4 miles down 45 degree decline >> 90 degree turn right >> then a .2 miles flat homestretch. I will be periodically placing my times in this blog! Thanks for the support! (1)4:47.32 (2)4:43.63 (3)4:41.40 (4)4:42.44 (5)4:12.14 (6)4:14.59(7)4:07.39 (8)4:11.99
