July 28, 2009Lately I have been riding my bike to get in some cardio and build back my endurance…within the last four months I have had two surgeries and before then countless injuries. Today I decided to take it to the next level and make it part of my workout regimen. From now on I am going to ride my bike for 1.2 miles everyday but only time myself a couple times a week. The route is like this >> .2 miles flat >> 90 degree turn left >> .4 miles uphill at about a 45 degree incline >> turn around >> .4 miles down 45 degree decline >> 90 degree turn right >> then a .2 miles flat homestretch.
