Need Motivation!
Tuesday, June 16th, 2009OK, So i need serious help with motivation, losing weight and getting toned. I’m a vegetarian and have an under active thyroid so this is rather difficult. I’ve always struggled with a diet and exercise plan because I have no idea how it all works !!
Iv lost weight and got down 134Ibs but now nothing seems to be working :-@ So today I decided to eat healthily or try too I have never been a big eater either.
Breakfast - A Cup of tea - 2 Sugars - dash of Milk
Lunch - Cup of tea - 2 Sugars - Dash of Milk
Tea - Vegetable Rice - Salad and Cheese - Some low fat mayo
No idea how many calories that is because I suck at the whole thing. Still trying to get myself motivated for my exercise workout but seems like a waste of time
