Need Motivation!
OK, So i need serious help with motivation, losing weight and getting toned. I’m a vegetarian and have an under active thyroid so this is rather difficult. I’ve always struggled with a diet and exercise plan because I have no idea how it all works !!
Iv lost weight and got down 134Ibs but now nothing seems to be working :-@ So today I decided to eat healthily or try too I have never been a big eater either.
Breakfast - A Cup of tea - 2 Sugars - dash of Milk
Lunch - Cup of tea - 2 Sugars - Dash of Milk
Tea - Vegetable Rice - Salad and Cheese - Some low fat mayo
No idea how many calories that is because I suck at the whole thing. Still trying to get myself motivated for my exercise workout but seems like a waste of time

Serious? That’s your breakfast & lunch? That’s both unhealthy & guaranteed to drive your metabolism into shutdown. To lose bodyfat you have to EAT. To gain muscle you have to EAT. And not 3 times per day. You should be eating 4-6 small meals per day, every 2-3 hrs. There’s plenty of info on this site to help you, on both diet & exercise. Do some research. Ignorance is not really an excuse with all the info available.
And on motivation: Don’t rely on "feeling" like it to eat right & exercise. All of us have those days. It’s self-discipline & determination that will help keep you striving towards your goal(s), not motivation, which is an emotion that goes up & down with life’s ups & downs.

You need more calories and substance by the looks of your diet. Your body needs more than tea for breakfst and lunch!
