How do you add up?
I get weekly newsletters from T-Nation.com and in this weeks edition there is a piece determining how your lifting strength is compared to others. After reviewing the info and determining my own strength, I am close to "Good" on almost all of my lifts. At least within the "good" range. My NEW goal is to get to the actual "good" standard, then maybe beyond….
How do you add up?
