Upcoming Contest
In about 4 weeks i will be attending my first bench press contest. Ill be in the teenage division at 181-198 pound weight class. I plan on being around 185-187 lbs. This is gonna be my first opportunity to set the new state record for my weight class. The last record was 315lbs for the 180lb weight class and was set in 2003. I hope to throw up 320 and yes…it will be a RAW lift so no bench shirts. I just started training the other day and im better than ever now that im starting to get my diet down.
