Too Many Days Off!

I hate when I miss workouts because of things that happen in life that are beyond my control…its very frustrating, even though I can’t do anything about it, it makes me crazy. Last week during finals I got sick so I skipped two days, and the next day I had a major hair fiasco–my hair came out BROWN (right before going out of town and being on TV, um really not good)—so I spent so long in the salon fixing it that a workout was not going to happen for the THIRD day in a row. Which was extra-disappointing because I just started a new training program that I LOVE and is really working well. So then I got two workouts in on Saturday because I knew that on Sunday I would be traveling all day to San Diego and I knew I was not going to get to work out, yet again. So I used the hotel gym yesterday for bis and shoulders but I had limited resources…BAH!! I have been soooo excited about getting into this program and I’ve gotten three workouts in in 10 days! So I’m still waiting to really get into it.

But on a very exciting note..I’m in San Diego for the Poinsettia Bowl!!!! I’m a cheerleader for my University so watch the poinsettia bowl you might see me on TV being tossed in the air! TCU v. Boise State and TCU is going to whoop that A! Needless to say I’m not working out again today because I have to cheer a 5 hour football game. Tomorrow may be Christmas Eve but I’m definitely going to make it into 24 Hour!!! :) That’s dedication haha!

That’s all for now! Go Frogs! Boise Broncos are goin’ down! :)
