I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen lately with my oatmeal and protein and I have come up with some stuff I can’t keep to myself…they’re just so good!
Pumpkin Oatmeal (not the one in Oxygen, my version): 1/4-1/2 c. dry oatmeal; 2-3 Tbsp. pure canned pumpkin; 2 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Syrup; Cinnamon and Pumpkin spice to taste; 1 packet splenda; optional: 1/4 c. raisins (I think the raisins make it fantastic!) Cook the oatmeal, add all other ingredients and mix well…YUUMMMM….man I’m gonna miss this when I start cutting…
Protein Peppermint Hot Chocolate: TASTES THE SAME. Swear. I use 1 packet fat-free, no-sugar added hot cocoa mix (25kcals!) made with 1c. hot water, and add one scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder–both are good I can’t decide which is better! Drop a small piece of candycane or peppermint in the bottom and voila! I have a cup every night before bed now
Protein Coffee—Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder to coffee instead of milk. No sweetener needed either! If you like mochas I bet chocolate protein powder would work too.

Thanks for the recipes! I have tried the coffee and protein powder mix and the powder just became a clump of goo. I use EAS Whey protein. How do you get it to breakdown?

I put instant coffee in my choco protien powder for my shakes. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
