Leg day today…Killer workout!
squats….4 sets 10-12 reps
leg press….4 sets 10-12 reps
Walking lunges….4 sets 10 reps each leg
leg curl….4 sets 10-15 reps
leg extensions…..4 sets 10-15 reps
10 40 yard sprints
10 stadiums
4 sets box jumps timed for a minute each
I’ll tell you how it went, provided i’m still alive tommorow…oh did i mention I have to mow the lawn too?

Wayne, you’re a crazy person. You’re doing sprints & stadiums AFTER blasting the legs?! Yipesters!
