What a weird feeling i got yesterday
I was feeling good all day long yesterday and I was really anticipated my workout. When i got there however, suddenly, I lost the motivation. I shrugged it off and did my stadiums anyway and followed them with a mile run. But it seemed a lot harder without the motivation. It seemed like it took a lot longer. Has this ever happened to anyone. I wake up unmotivated all the time so that’s no biggie, but i never have motivation all day long and suddenly lose it right before the workout.

Happens to me every now and then - Usually it’s because I’m tired and then I just do my best (usually it’s not enough in these situations), but sometimes I’m just not in the mood - so either I just stop thinking about it (my iPod usually helps me with that) or just postpone my workout later on that day/week.

Happens occasionally, but since I do early morning w/o’s I don’t think about my motivation unless it’s a low energy or sick say. I get up, I go to the gym, just my routine nowadays. GREAT JOB slogging through to get it done. Nice going.

Sometimes, I wake up tired, and unmotivated and I have to make myself workout. After I work out I fee really energized. Thinking about how I am going to feel after the work out is a big help. I was unmotivated for three months, but now I have a goal to work toward and it helps me with my focus.

Yup, it hits me too. I have a 40 minute drive home from work. I’ll be all fired up and ready to work out before I leave work, but something happens during the drive and by the time I get home I’m no longer hyped up.
I’ve been trying to figure out food(s) to eat beforehand and/or supplements to force the raging fire that makes working out great.

Happens to the best of us man. Just go through the workout anyway visualizing yourgoals. If it keeps happening, it might be time to switch up the routine.
