If you watched “Biggest Loser” last night, learn from what you saw.

As you might have guessed, i am a fan of the tv show "The Biggest Loser". Last night i came away from watching the show with a bad bad taste in my mouth because of the gray team’s Joelle and her sorry attitude. She did not give it her all and at the weigh-in lost a total of "0" lbs. What was more sad than that was the fact she acted like she was unapolagetic that her team got voted off. I felt so bad for her partner and now "former" best friend Carla beacuse Carla worked so hard and weeks later at a renuion she was still unapolagetic for her lack of desire and overall laziness. Then the audacity to say she was giving it her all when she wasn’t really angered me. I wish the best for Carla but i don’t know if i feel the same about Joelle. This is the perfect example of someone who complains about their bad health yet refuses to pay the price to change her life. I hope to the people who read this isn’t like that or has a friend that is like that. If so get far away from them because that is NOT your friend.

Hey, I agree! I have friends and family members like this… who seem to have no desire to take control of their health. A couple of them are in the morbidly obese category, and at least one is edging close to the "super obese" category. Most of them suffer from various health troubles, some which are serious. Yet, they refuse to control their food choices/intake or get at all physically active.

I have considered a career as a trainer or weight loss coach, but I’m afraid that people like this would cause me too much frustration!!
