Chest Workout : Eat well before this one.

Monday, January 5th, 2009

Bench Press: 4 sets 10-12 reps

Incline Bench: 4 sets 10-12 reps

DB Bench : 4 sets 8 reps

DB Incline 4 sets 8 reps

Flys: 4 sets 10 reps

Cable Crossover: 4 sets 12 reps

Cardio: 45 minutes on Illiptical Trainer or Treadmill.

 Day 1: Chest

 Day 2: Arms

 Day 3: Legs

 Day 4: Rest

 Day 5: Shoulders

 Day 6: Back

 Day 7: Rest

I’ll post the workouts on the day that i do them. I also am doing cardio on the days i workout for 45 minutes.
