Happy New Year Everyone. Some tips to make it a great year.

1. Don’t over plan. Set realistic goals and stay focused on them before moving forward with bigger things. We must crawl before we can walk.

2. Eat right. I have learned finally that you can do all the cardio, crunches,  & weightlifting in the world. But until you make the choice to eat clean and right you will jot see those results you want.

3. Plan ahead. Make out a menu and a workout journal. Chronicle your weight, stregnth gains and measurements frequently. The more you see positive results, the more you will want to keep working hard toward reaching that goal.

4. Don’t listen to all the people that talk negatively about your training. Don’t let their insecurities keep you from being better.

5. Frequently seek advice from trainers and pros involved with bodybuilding. They know best about what you should do.

6. Enjoy Life itself. The more positive you stay about life, family, and friends and yourself, the more you want to do things to live a healthy lifestyle.

7. Make training a lifestyle and not a chore. Instead of saying, "i gotta go to the gym", say…i can’t wait to get to the gym.

8. Lead more people to the gym. Convince then that training is the best thing that could happen for them. The will thank you for it.

9. Always stay positive. If you hit a wall or reach a plateau, switch some things up. Just don’t give up.

10. Just love yourself. That is the most important thing. If ou don’t like what you see in the mirror, love yourself enought to change it. that’s what i do everyday. I look in that mirror and tell the man looking back that he will get better today. If you do the same, the sky is the limit for 2009.
