Need an alternative to oatmeal
Just about everywhere i go to try and get a grasp on a good meal for training, I see oatmeal for at least one of the meals. The problem with that is I HATE OATMEAL!!! So if anyone knows a healthy alternative to oatmeal, i would appreciate it.

brother, i eat grits. that is what RONNIE does and if it worked for him then it is good for me… I also eat brown rice.. I found that I cook it up a few days in advance, throw in some pinenuts and diced appricots and it i sthe answer..

i like sweetpotatos! personally i’m tired of egg whites and oatmeal! so for breakfast i had mashed sweetpotatos w/ splenda, cinnamon, and a little smart balance, accompanied w/ some turkey breast i baked last night! i’m tired of oatmeal! i feel you!

Quinoa (I add cinnamon and nutmeg in the morning) or Cream of Wheat (the kind you cook, not the instant).

Grits or eat fruits.
like apples or grapefruit.
