Squats    4 sets 10 reps

Leg Press 4 set 10 reps

Calf Raises 4 sets 10-15 reps

Knee Extension 4 sets 8 reps

Leg Curl 4 sets 8 reps

* for maximum pump, do final sets on all exercises to failure.

Stiff Legged Dead Lift or Good Morning 4 sets 10 reps
