dropped 10 lbs in 2 weeks after cutting out Cheat day
When I said I was cutting out the cheat day for a while I didn’t know it would create such a drastic change so fast. I have dropped 10 lbs since 86ing itand really intensifying the cardio. I’m starting to finally see those changes that I was looking for when I started the program. My muscles are starting to shape up and my clothes are starting to loosen alittle bit. Now comes the part where I can’t get too happy. I need to remain focused and work even harder to reach my goal. Thank you guys for the advice and keeping me encouraged when I went through a few snags. I’m always here for you guys too. I can’t wait to post these progress pics in a couple months. You guys won’t believe what you’re gonna see.

Sometimes, what we see on the scale is mostly the result of water retention. Without your cheat meal, you allowed your body to get rid of all this excess!
