dropped 10 lbs in 2 weeks after cutting out Cheat day
Tuesday, April 8th, 2008When I said I was cutting out the cheat day for a while I didn’t know it would create such a drastic change so fast. I have dropped 10 lbs since 86ing itand really intensifying the cardio. I’m starting to finally see those changes that I was looking for when I started the program. My muscles are starting to shape up and my clothes are starting to loosen alittle bit. Now comes the part where I can’t get too happy. I need to remain focused and work even harder to reach my goal. Thank you guys for the advice and keeping me encouraged when I went through a few snags. I’m always here for you guys too. I can’t wait to post these progress pics in a couple months. You guys won’t believe what you’re gonna see.
