After having a stomach ache & being dehydration last week I have finally gotten back on track. My diet & workouts sucked last week. I was only eating about three samll meals a day & wasn’t drinking many fluids either. I dropped from 154lbs to 151.3lbs last week. Hadn’t been taking my CellTech or NitroTech since then either. Will start back on that stuff this weekend. This morning I was up to 152.8lbs so I’m finally getting back into the swing of things.

Had a great Chest & Tricep w/o last night. Enjoyed the chest part more than the triceps. Just felt like I accomplished more with chest. I went up to 165lb one max rep last night which for me is a big deal because it’s a major improvement from 120lbs 8 wks ago.
