Quest for Success
I started working out in mid-December after a 3.5 year absence from the gym with a goal to gain/bulk 25-30lbs. I went into this guessing I was about 14-15% BF but I found out I was actually 20% this past Thursday (1/18). This was a little discouraging but I know from talking with friends that this may not be so bad. That my goal of 165 lean muscle wt with 9% BF should be easily obtainable. I guess only time will tell. I will succeed!!
