Getting Stronger
Wednesday, January 24th, 2007I was at the gym last night working out with some of my friends. I notice a big difference in my strength level. I don’t know if it’s the encouragement from one of my friend (he use to compete in amateurs) or not. I usually workout alone. But I was lifting & pulling more weight than usual. Up to 20-25lbs in some things. It was very encouraging. I’ve gained 5.5 lbs in 5 weeks of training & haven’t been able to tell a difference in my physique but last night boosted my confidence a lot. But I still have ways to go to meet my goal. But now I have a new found confidence & I will get there.
