Reflections of the past week
This past week has been a good one for my training…even with the accident I had at the gym. The muscle memory is kicking in and things are taking shape. My chest and arms look and feel fuller and denser. My legs are adding size and my back is thickening. I’m in this for the long haul and there is nothing that will stop me. I plan on competing in a bench meet in late November - right around Thanksgiving. I’ll be modifying my training so I can start preparing for that. This will be my first meet ever. I’m both excited and scared about it but I know that I will give it my all and put it all on the table.
