Today…
Ok…I joined a new gym yestrday and today was the first workout in the new gym and for lack of a better term…it sucked! I don’t know what was wrong with me today but I couldn’t lift as much as I normally do. I may need to change some things around and start completely from scratch. I don’t know but one thing I do know is that I’m not going to let this stop from pushing hard in the gym.

Part of the samurai’s creed says "I have no Divine Power. I make honesty my Divine Power."
What may have occured was a combination of atrophy from the last time you lifted along with dormant propriceptors due to lack of familiarity with the movements you were doing.
I no that when I find myself at a plateu or getting weaker, I scale back the weight and increase the reps per set.
The point is, you have to honestly assess the workout and plan accordingly for the following week.
